"Certi-Guard" pressure treated fire-retardant cedar shakes may be used if underlaid with 5/8" waterproof gypsum board installed to meet U.B.C. class "A" roofing system requirements.

Other roofing materials shall be considered on a case by case basis provided they meet U.L. Class requirements. Samples must be submitted for review.

All roofing and reroofing applications require Design Committee approval.
